With an industry career spanning almost 40 years, 14 years being in the UAE, representing some of the Fit Out Markets Tier One, Design & Build Fit Out Contractors, Stephen's passion and drive is to develop and maintain the vison of DesignFit, becoming a market leader and preferred brand across multiple facets of the industry.

Experienced Interior Designer with a demonstrated history of working in the architecture & planning industry. Led the design team in Blue Camel Design agency in a number of projects for luxury hospitality and commercial brands for over seven years.

Strong professional skilled in Architectural Design, Design Management, Design Team Coordination, Architectural Drawings, FF&E Selections with Specification sheets and Presentation Boards.

Mohammad Ihsaan has excellent field expertise and detailed knowledge of materials, labour and supplies and is a perfectionist at what he does.

Within his role at DesignFit, Mohammed is responsible for managing and directing the organization's estimating functions and for the creation and implementation of department standard operating procedures and performance metrics.
